He-Man Dual Controls Ltd have been designing and manufacturing He-Man Dual Controls since 1931, in this time He-Man has supplied dual controls to all the major UK motor manufacturers and some of the more specialist manufacturers. He-Man has also designed and supplied dual controls for use in other countries both for left and right hand drive vehicles.

The company began in Londonand has been based in Southampton since 1964 supplying directly to ADIs, motor manufacturers, vehicle dealerships and through agents based all over the UK.

He-Man Dual Controlsare designed and thoroughly tested prior to approval by the vehicle manufacturer. Each Dual Control is then supplied with clearly illustrated instructions and all fasteners needed, our technical team is available to anyone should help be required with installation.

HE-MAN are a recognised for manufacturing dual controls for each individual make/model and can not be transfered to a different make or model they are designed for each speicific make and model and year.

He-man are now using both rod and cable operated dual controls depending on the make and model.

How Dual Controls Work

Dual controls are installed into driving instructor cars for total control via a second brake pedal & a second clutch pedal. The controls work ether by cable or rod operated conecting to the original pedals on the car across to the passenger side for the instuctor to have total control over the car if needed or even to show the learner how to find the clutch bitting point and also ensuring them that if an emergency stop is needed not to panic.
